Ingredients:

- 1 large cauliflower

- 3 tablespoons of olive oil

- 2-3 cloves of garlic, finely minced

- 1 teaspoon of sweet paprika

- 1/2 teaspoon of cumin powder

- Salt, to taste

- Ground black pepper, to taste

- Juice of 1/2 lemon

- Freshly chopped parsley (optional)

Instructions:

1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).

2. Thoroughly clean the cauliflower, removing the outer leaves and cutting off the tough base. Break the cauliflower into smaller florets.

3. In a large bowl, mix together the olive oil, minced garlic, sweet paprika, cumin, salt, and ground black pepper. Stir well until you achieve a homogeneous sauce.

4. Add the cauliflower florets to the bowl and gently toss to coat them completely with the flavorful sauce.

5. Arrange the cauliflower florets on a baking sheet, ensuring they are evenly distributed. You can line the baking sheet with parchment paper to prevent sticking.

6. Place the cauliflower in the preheated oven and roast for approximately 25-30 minutes, or until tender and golden brown. You can turn the florets halfway through cooking for even browning.

7. Once cooked, remove the cauliflower from the oven and drizzle it with fresh lemon juice. This will add a refreshing touch to the dish.

8. Sprinkle the roasted cauliflower with freshly chopped parsley for an extra pop of color and aroma (optional).

9. Serve the Roasted Cauliflower as a delicious and healthy side dish. It can be accompanied with a cheese sauce or flavored mayonnaise to add additional flavor.

Enjoy your warm and crispy Roasted Cauliflower, enriched with spicy and savory aromas!💓
