Stuffed cherry tomatoes with tuna sauce


Ingredients:

- 12 cherry tomatoes

- 100g canned tuna in oil, drained

- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise

- 1 teaspoon capers, finely chopped

- 1 teaspoon lemon juice

- Ground pink pepper, to taste

- Salt, to taste


Instructions:

1. Cut off the top of each cherry tomato and gently scoop out the insides with a spoon, being careful not to break the skin.

2. In a bowl, mix the drained canned tuna, mayonnaise, chopped capers, lemon juice, and ground pink pepper. Adjust salt to taste.

3. Fill the hollowed-out cherry tomatoes with the prepared tuna mixture.

4. Arrange the stuffed tomatoes on a serving platter.

5. Serve as an appetizer or finger food during a buffet.
