Ferrero Rocher Cupcakes


 Ingredients:


For the cupcakes:

- 150 g all-purpose flour

- 30 g cocoa powder

- 1 teaspoon baking powder

- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda

- 1/4 teaspoon salt

- 2 eggs

- 100 g sugar

- 100 ml milk

- 60 ml vegetable oil

- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

- Ferrero Rocher chocolates (one for each cupcake)


For the Ferrero Rocher cream:

- 100 g Nutella (or chocolate hazelnut spread)

- 100 g whipped cream

- 3-4 finely chopped Ferrero Rocher chocolates


For the Ferrero Rocher mousse:

- 150 g milk chocolate

- 200 ml whipped cream

- 3-4 finely chopped Ferrero Rocher chocolates


For decoration:

- Whole Ferrero Rocher chocolates


Instructions:


1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.


2. In a bowl, sift together the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Mix well and set aside.


3. In another bowl, beat the eggs with the sugar until light and fluffy. Add the milk, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract, mixing until the liquid ingredients are incorporated.


4. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the liquid mixture, stirring until a smooth batter forms.


5. Fill the muffin liners with the batter, filling them halfway. Place one Ferrero Rocher chocolate in each liner and cover it with more batter until about 3/4 full.


6. Bake the cupcakes for about 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.


7. Once baked, let the cupcakes cool completely on a wire rack.


8. To prepare the Ferrero Rocher cream, gently fold the Nutella into the whipped cream until smooth. Add the finely chopped Ferrero Rocher chocolates and mix gently.


9. For the Ferrero Rocher mousse, melt the milk chocolate over a double boiler or in the microwave. Let it cool slightly. Whip the cream until soft peaks form, then gently fold in the finely chopped Ferrero Rocher chocolates and melted chocolate.


10. Transfer the Ferrero Rocher mousse to a piping bag fitted with a star tip.


11. When the cupcakes are completely cooled, pipe a dollop of Ferrero Rocher mousse on top of each cupcake.


12. Decorate each cupcake with a whole Ferrero Rocher chocolate.


13. Store the cupcakes in the refrigerator until ready to serve. Enjoy your delicious Ferrero Rocher Cupcakes!
