Chicken Nuggets Recipe

 


Ingredients:


- 500g chicken breast

- 1 cup breadcrumbs

- 1/2 cup flour

- 2 eggs

- 1 teaspoon paprika

- 1 teaspoon garlic powder

- 1 teaspoon onion powder

- Salt and pepper to taste

- Oil for frying


Instructions:


1. Cut the chicken breast into nugget-sized pieces.

2. In a bowl, beat the eggs with paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.

3. In another bowl, pour the flour.

4. Dip the chicken pieces first in the flour, then in the beaten egg mixture, and finally in the breadcrumbs, pressing gently to adhere.

5. Heat plenty of oil in a deep frying pan over medium-high heat.

6. Fry the nuggets in small batches until golden and crispy, about 3-4 minutes per side.

7. Drain them on paper towels to remove excess oil.

8. Serve hot and enjoy with your favorite dipping sauce.
